Paul has over 25 years of experience running operations and consulting for a diversified group of multi-national companies. He is a C-level operational leader with a track record of driving profitable growth and scaling global software and software enabled services teams. Key to Paul’s success is his ability to align operations and results with company strategies, identifying and implementing performance improvement opportunities, introducing analytic decision-making to organizations (Six Sigma), and building high performing organizations.
Prior to founding Precision Success Partners, Paul was COO of WebPT, a leading Physical Therapy SaaS company focused on improving the provider experience and allowing them to focus on their patients. As COO, Paul led all aspects of the customer experience after-the-sale, including Implementations, Support, Success, and Revenue Cycle Management.
From 2017 to 2021, Paul was Senior Vice President of Global Operations for RealPage a $1.2B, 7,500-person real estate SaaS and data science company. As head of operations, Paul led Implementations, Support, and Global Operations across twenty-nine offices in six countries.
From 2005 to 2017, Paul worked for COPC Inc, a consulting firm specializing in the identification and implementation of performance improvement opportunities for service operation companies. During this time, he completed operational assessments for 100+ companies and led follow-on projects to drive performance improvement.
Prior to COPC, Paul worked at Sysco Corporation, McKinsey & Company, and served five years as an officer in the United States Air Force.
Paul graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with a BA in Business (Accounting) and passed the CPA Exam. He also earned his MBA from Harvard Business School.
Paul lives in the Dallas-Ft. Worth area with his wife and four children. He’s a die-hard Notre Dame fan to the point some might call maniacal. Paul is an avid runner and can be found running/working out when he’s not spending time with his family or cheering on the Irish.
